RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Here at Bella Boutique we have a reputation for providing high quality products. Shopping with us is easy and risk free. Our Returns Policy is as follows.

CHANGE OF MIND

Return process for change of mind :

  1. Contact us with the details of your return within 14 days from the date of delivery of your product(s).
  2. We will advise you if the return is approved. See below Conditions for Return to qualify for approval.
  3. Return product(s) to us within 7 days of approval from the Customer Care Team.
  4. We will assess your returned product(s) within 10 business days and if found acceptable, will refund, exchange or provide store credit as previously agreed with you in step 2 above.

Conditions for Return :

  • The product must be returned unworn and in as new condition, all in original packaging and with proof of purchase.
  • Returns are not applicable for:
    • Sale & Discounted products.  All items purchased on sale are FINAL and do not qualify for our refunds policy unless otherwise specified.
    • Facebook Exclusive Products - All items purchased via our Facebook Exclusive store are FINAL and do not qualify for our refunds policy unless otherwise specified.
  • You are responsible for safely packaging your return to ensure we receive the product in as new condition.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund for earrings or hair accessories.
  • We do not refund any packing and postage charges. Return of products for change of mind is entirely at your cost and risk.  Bella Boutique will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns by Insured Registered Post.
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card/Paypal used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the products have been received and inspected by Bella Boutique, however, please allow 14 days from the date Bella Boutique receives your returned product/s for your account to be credited. The amount refunded will cover the value of the product(s) purchased, however shipping charges are NOT refundable.

 

RETURN FOR DEFECTS

Return process for defects :

  1. Contact us with details of the fault within 14 days from the date of delivery of your product(s).
  2. We will advise you if the return is approved. See below Conditions for Return to qualify for approval.
  3. Return product(s) to us within 7 days of approval from the Customer Care Team.
  4. We will assess your returned product(s) within 10 business days and if found acceptable, will refund, exchange or provide store credit as previously agreed with you in step 2 above.
     

Conditions for Return :

  • With the exception of any defects, the product must be returned unworn and in as new condition, all in original packaging and with proof of purchase.
  • You are responsible for safely packaging your return to ensure we receive the product in as new condition (with the exception of the fault/s identified).
  • Please note exchanges are only possible if the product is available.
  • Bella Boutique will not be held liable for faulty product returns which are lost in transit.  Return postage is entirely at your risk.
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card/Paypal used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the products have been received and inspected by Bella Boutique, however, please allow 14 days from the date Bella Boutique receives your returned product/s for your account to be credited.
